Welcome to KickLab, the ultimate cardio kickboxing experience designed to help you reach your fitness goals while having fun! Our high-energy classes combine powerful kickboxing moves with dynamic cardio exercises for a full-body workout that burns calories, builds strength, and boosts confidence. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our expert trainers will guide you through each session to ensure you get the most out of your workout. Kick Basic

For those 18 years and older: Gain access to RAMP Week, followed by the 7-Week T.u.F.F. (Time Freedom Fighter) Challenge. This program is designed for working women who are balancing family, career, and personal time. The Challenge aims to empower women to "Fish for their Fitness," equipping them with the tools to maintain physical, mental, and spiritual well-being for life.

Kick Plus

For ages 13 and up: Includes access to Kinergy (self-directed workouts and studios) and KickLab group classes. Additional benefits include a monthly InBody scan, a nutritional program, Kick & Spin, Kick & Lift classes, and one-on-one KickLab training. You’ll also receive up to 14 monthly credits (1 credit per session).
