The Kinergy Lifestyle Center is a federal non-profit organization, 501c3.
We focus on family & movement. Our goal is to provide quality wellness and lifestyle services to a local congregation of like-minded individuals.

Kinergy is more than an organization, a building, or a gym. It is a “state of being.”

We hold each other accountable, and we have fun at the same time! We honor our temples and optimize our lives, together.
Kinergy is a ministry that unites communities, congregations, and individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs. We use fitness and wellness as the common denominator that we all can agree on, and submit to the Spirit to guide us in the rest of the journey.

Kinergy as a name derives from Kinetic or Kinesiology which means movement or the study of movement.
Also, “Kin” refers to family or “next of kin.” Kinergy is the combination of family and movement that creates energy, in Jesus’ name.
