Kinergy derives from Kinetic or Kinesiology which means movement or the study of movement. Also, “Kin” refers to family or “next of kin.” Kinergy is the combination of family and movement that creates energy, in Jesus’ name.

Kinergy is more than a non-profit organization, a building, or a gym. It’s family. It’s movement. It’s a “state of being.” It’s moving towards Christ and moving His kingdom forward.

Kinergy Lifestyle Center

The Kinergy Center is a 27,000-square-foot, multi-purpose wellness center, that unites a community. Tenants utilize the space in an efficient system. Kinergy is a federal non-profit ministry that has the goal of building the Church, without relying on regular contributions, fundraisers, or donations. The Kinergy Center is a building, but part of our principles and goals is to be self-sufficient through rental agreements and facility utilization so the focus can always be centered on Christ, and not finances.

We strive to connect our community with our Creator and honor His masterpiece by optimizing our physical lifestyle. We design faith-centered wellness programming with the goal of helping individuals find peace and longevity through Christ.

Kinergy Ministry

The team at Kinergy is working tirelessly at creating functional content for individuals to unite in Christ. We believe people are the church and we are the temple of the Holy Spirit. We want to fulfill the great commission and build the church all over the world. We will accomplish this through modern, relevant outreach using wellness programming that leads people to Jesus.

This is achieved through a number of creative measures centered around Jesus and wellness, building our temples, and honoring God through sacrificial living, order, balance, and discipline. Because these areas of life are often the most difficult, Kinergy strives to make this process extremely simple by converting church buildings into wellness and lifestyle centers that can be utilized daily, instead of “a couple of hours a week.” Our weekday workout is called a Jubilee, a seven-exercise circuit that can be completed anytime during the movement center's hours of operation.

The entire facility is open to many activities such as basketball, pickleball, badminton, table tennis, board games, and other youth and adult physical and worship activities. The Serenity Garden, Media Room (theater), and other rooms will be dedicated to life groups, video games, study, coffee, work-from-home stations, and various scheduled activities.

The Modern Church

The “modern church” does not mean “megachurch,” it is not defined by attendance, contributions, how comfortable the chairs are, or how entertaining the service is. The modern church is functional, realistic, safe, and convenient. It provides biblical leadership and a hub for the community to optimize their lives through movement, service, and faith.

Kinergy is a relevant system for congregational outreach and facility management offering positive programming that unites local individuals and ministries in Christ. Each Kinergy facility will have its own culture, vibe, and offer various amenities depending on the size of the facility, resources, and goals. Kinergy is a place for connection, accountability, and community.

The primary goal for any Kinergy facility is to further the kingdom. However, there are innumerable additional benefits that all work together in divine symmetry.

Nicole O’Neill, MD
“THE DOCTOR THAT CARES”

A native of Michigan, Dr. Nicole O’Neill (formerly Dr. Tromble) pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, Pre-Medicine, double minor in chemistry and psychology at the University of Michigan.  Dr. O’Neill’s Medical Doctorate was earned at Wayne State University School of Medicine.  Post-graduate training and residency training was performed at St. Joseph Mercy Health System where she later became the Chief Resident. Dr. O’Neill was in family practice for seven years before opening her private practice called, Med 1 Aesthetics. She has three Michigan locations; Ann Arbor, Wyandotte, and Howell.

Dr. O’Neill is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician and a Wellness and Aesthetics Expert. Nicole is the co-founder of the Kinergy ministry she started with her husband in 2019. Nicole O’Neill, MD is the medical director of Kinergy and oversees all medical components of the ministry. Nicole actively participates in wellness developments and the protocols she prescribes. She also honors her own temple for His glory. Dr. O is helping the world around her become a beautiful place in her treatment chairs and in her community. Dr. Nicole optimizes the lifestyles of anyone she meets and remains humble and low-key in her fierce domination of anything she sets her mind to.

Dr. Michael Beau O’Neill

Michael O’Neill received his BS from Michigan State University in Kinesiology, with a minor in Business Administration. He later received his MA from Wayne State University in Sports Administration and his Doctorate in Ministry Leadership from Portland Seminary/George Fox University.

Michael is a lifetime student of the Word, the body, and the mind.

A leader in the health and business fields, Michael O’Neill is the Co-Founder of Med 1 Aesthetics, Med1.Life, The Kinergy Lifestyle Center, and 40DayFit. He is a Kinesiologist, Conditioning Specialist, Sports Nutritionist, Life Coach, Group Instructor, Professional Bodybuilder, Nine-time Gym Owner, Business Consultant, and a Warrior in the Kingdom of God.

Michael has spent his entire adult life helping people set and reach their personal, business, and fitness goals. Possessing an innate understanding of the human body and its behaviors, O’Neill is able to personally and uniquely approach every client and group he advises to serve their specific needs. With a top-notch education and staggering experience, he is helping his community look and feel great, one person at a time. O’Neill’s certifications and accolades have been numerous, but more importantly, he greets every day and every challenge with charm, wit, optimism, and the same authentic competitive edge that has coined him the name, “Real Deal O’Neill.” His infectious spirit and his inspiring attitude have made him the athlete and the person he is today. O’Neill makes the most of his time and talent by furthering the kingdom, loving his wife and family, and doing the best he can to live the happiest, healthiest life possible.
